Setup Process
A streamlined 11-step process to establish your commodity trading business in the Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA)
Initial Consultation

Meet with DAFZA representatives to discuss business requirements, license types, facility options, and cost structure. During this meeting, you'll receive guidance on the most suitable setup for your business needs.
Name Reservation

Submit company name for approval and reservation. DAFZA will check the availability of your proposed company name and ensure it complies with naming regulations in the UAE.
Application Submission

Complete and submit the application form along with all required documents. This includes shareholder information, business activities, and facility requirements.
Application Review
3-5 days
DAFZA authorities review the application and submitted documents for compliance and completeness. Additional information may be requested if necessary.
Initial Approval
